It goes to show how time is such an important element in visual perception. If I had taken these time-lapse photos in my back yard I don’t think I’d be able to look out of my kitchen window in the same way again.

The stars look amazing although I can’t tell if there are shooting stars or plane trails that you see on some of the shots.

I love when time lapse is done well. This is a good example. I have been watching the Planet Earth DVD’s and they are also amazing, you should check them out if you haven’t already.

It’s funny that we live our lives so fast, if it weren’t for these kinds of videos (time-lapse ones), then we’d probably miss out on a lot more. A good reminder though to slow down and take it all in naturally.
