I think its the integrated gmail addon that cause the ïnability to activate cookies in FF 3.0.4 (?) i had to disable it because FF keeps on asking me to enable my cookie for like every 10 minutes.

Hi K,

With the issue of too many Firefox Extensions, I also purge every so often. However, I notice that I often have a group of plugins that I don’t need all the time. For example, I have loads of web development ones, lots of SEO / backlink ones, etc.

What I really need to do is to work out how to use profiles properly, so I have a different profile, with all the relevant plugins, for each function. I know you have a guide to profiles somewhere, I’ll have to dig it up!

Stephen, you are very welcome. Now, I am getting addcited to Smush.it especially with the Firefox extension. And you are right about FF extensions. I have a certain point too where I try new extensions but I constantly purge ones I haven’t used in a couple of weeks. This was I can find useful ones and share it here but still keep my browser humming fast.
