If you are talking about the Rounded Text Boxes in Posts article, I wrote it months ago – I just didn’t link to it in the post you read (I’ve done so now!). I also wrote a color selector for both types of text boxes, which creates the code for (so you don’t have to use my boring grey).

Thanks for that excellent clarification of how that extension works. Sounds like a real time saver to me if it can bring those translation services to your fingertips. I am all about using technology to increase productivity although the very thirst for it makes me waste time online.

So really this doesn’t give you anything new that you can’t already do, but it does put it at your fingertips – no need to go Google’s website, go to the language tools page, enter the URL to tranlsate etc – just click a button. I’m sure there are other toolbars that do this, but this one gives you the option of lots of different services, so if the first one you try can’t make sense of the page, you can quickly try another.

You are right about Speed Dial. Sometimes when I hit Ctrl T for a new tab, it is nice to see the thumbnails of my fav sites to choose from. But, nothing I couldn’t live without!

Speed Dial is the Opera feature, right? I haven’t found much use for that yet, but I’ve heard others like the feature.
