I go extension crazy and then I stop myself to review what I have every week and uninstall the ones I haven't used. Another way I address this problem is to use different profiles for different work. I use one for casual browsing and blogging. I use another one as a webmaster/power user. That helps a little bit. Just a little bit. I know Kyle.
